Isaac came to us from Austin Texas after working under many
notable chefs including Chef Kent Rathbun from Jasper's.

Chef Walker describes his presentation style as "Sexy"
but concedes that food needs to be fresh and taste great.

He spends countless hours researching new dishes and likes to
challenge himself to take what other chefs are doing and try to make it better.
